Nominate a writer. They should write ‘festivals in our school’ in the centre of a piece of paper. Discuss with your group which religious/non-religious festivals you celebrate in your school. Tell the writer, who will write them down on the piece of paper.

Once you have them written down, see if you can take a turn each to describe the activities you have in school for each event. Think about things like how long these events last, do you have assemblies, what do you know about these festivals.

Now circle the festival you think you know the most about. Why do you think this is? Does it fit in with what you have learned in this module?
