Do we want to be better friends/siblings/workers/humans? Then staying active is one of the most important choices we can commit to for life. Exercise and activity increases our enjoyment of life, our energy and drive, and our chances of living life to the fullest. How amazing is it that all of this bundled together leads to positive life choices (healthier habits, healthier diet, positive self image)? We have to realize that the more enjoyment and gratification we experience, the more positivity we permeate to others.
The lens we choose to look at life through becomes the life we actually live. Why not choose positivity? Always working towards the best possible outcome of any situation can bring more joy and less unhealthy stress to the equation. It all comes down to the day that we choose to experience. If we wake up every morning seeking out confrontation, anger, and negativity, we will most certainly find it. On the other hand, if we wake up every morning seeking out positivity, energy, and happiness, we will most certainly find it.
