It’s important to realise that there are all different types of people out there. We are taught a lot about celebrating differences in other people and to learn to love them for who they are and how they look. But we need to learn to celebrate our own differences too.

Grab a paper and write down 5 things about your physical appearance you love and why you love it. That’s part 1.
