Secondary school can be a big change from Primary school.
In Primary school, you had a class teacher who looked after you and spoke to you almost everyday to ensure that you were okay. They also would always have been there to help you out if you needed anything – as would the Pupil Support Assistants, Office Staff, Janitor etc
Now you are in High School, it is slightly different – you’ll have noticed this already.
However, all around you are adults who want you to enjoy school, learn, and feel safe.
So, at the start of S1, it is really important to ensure that you know the names, and faces of all the people in your school who can help you when you, and your friends, need it!
