In groups, or as a class, can you work together to create a word bank full of the different emotions that Primary 7s across Scotland may be feeling right now.

As you create the list, take time to think about why pupils may be feeling a certain way, and how this may cause them to act.

If you identify any negative emotions, try to to think about what, or who, may help the pupils cope with
these feelings.
