The way we feel each day depends on a whole range of things.  

You may feel super some days because you slept really well, ate some nice food, saw a friend smile, or heard a great joke! 

And some days, you might feel rubbish because you’re hungry, or tired, or maybe your friend isn’t in school. 

The way that we feel depends on so many things around us that impact on us. 

And often the way we feel then impacts on the way we behave and the way we treat those around us. If we feel great, we may find it easy to be friendly, kind and caring. And if we feel rubbish, then maybe we don’t always treat people in the same way.
