Hopefully you’ll have realised by now that there are many routes available when it comes to practicing a more grateful mindset. Whether it’s diaries, lists, reminders, or something entirely different; they all ask us to reflect and open our eyes to all the wonderful things in our lives.

The best part about this is that there are no wrong answers. We can be thankful for the smallest of things, things that would normally seem insignificant and potentially go unrecognised by others. If it means something to you and you’d like to express your gratitude… then do it!

The definition of gratitude is the ‘readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness’. So basically this is all a vital part of being kind, and kindness is something that we should always be striving for, in every area of our lives. Kindness, and therefore gratitude, well and truly makes the world a better place to live.
