The theme of this year’s Learning at Work Week (15-21 May 2023) is ‘create the future’, and what better way to build your ideal future, that with LEGO.
Yes, seriously!!
Our Alice Beveridge, Positive Psychologist and Coach, has recently qualified as a LEGO Serious Play facilitator. She is now on a mission to help businesses and teams have fun together, whilst engaging their strategic imagination!
Try one 5-10 minute LEGO activity each day, for one week.
For Learning at Work Week, Alice has put together a short daily activity lasting no longer that 5-10 minutes, involving LEGO. Each one will ask you to use your LEGO bricks to respond to a question or scenario relating to your future.
Here Alice explains…
Day 1 - Building Your Future Self
Watch the short video from Alice below, take 5-10 minutes to build your response, and then take 1 minute to describe your model to your colleagues.
Day 2 - Design your ideal workplace
Watch the short video from Alice below, take 5-10 minutes to build your response, and then take 1 minute to describe your model to your colleagues.
Day 3 - Creating a solution to a problem or a challenge

Day 4 - Visualising success!
