Carlton reflects on being a very angry person while he was growing up, and that he has had to work hard to learn how to stay calm under pressure. One breakthrough moment for him was observing how his friend Stevie conducted himself. He then gives a great piece of advice suggesting that you can “take the best of people but leave the rest”.

This is something you can apply to any area of development, whether it’s confidence, staying calm under pressure or any other skill you feel would help you to flourish.
