As well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Ben has used music and video game streaming to help manage mental wellbeing and has found communities where he can speak and share in a non-judgmental environment.

Speaking to others, whether its friends, relatives and councillors or a group of like-minded people about the challenges that you’re facing has been shown time and time again to help people to process, sort through and empty out and organise our thoughts.
