Often if we suppress or ignore our emotional reactions, especially ones like stress it can end up coming back and biting us on the bum. However, we all experience stress differently. Some may feel stress in their stomachs, others in their shoulders, some may clench their jaws, some may start picking their skin. There is no right or wrong way to experience our emotions. What is important though is that we recognise and understand the emotions we are feeling so know how best to manage them.
