Thanks for even thinking about being more active. Your future self is thanking you already! It’s empowering to realise that we are in charge of our physical activity, which in turn leads to being in charge of our energy level, which in turn leads to being in charge of our health/happiness. Why not make little, subtle changes to our everyday routine which would result in a more positive and healthy future? We all need to find that piece of motivation that pushes us to be the best version of ourselves. It is never too late to make healthier choices which would lead to a better tomorrow. It’s as simple as adding more physical activity into our daily routine.Â
