Look back at your list of strengths and areas for development. Are there any areas there that you would like to work on? Pick one and then answer the following questions:
1. Why is this trait important to me?
2. Why do I want to improve it?
3. Who do I know that displays this trait well?
4. How do they do it? Who do I see, hear and feel when they use this trait effectively?
5. To improve this trait in myself what behaviours, actions or mindsets would I need to use or change?
6. How will I do this?
7. If I am successful, what will it look like, sound like and feel like?
Use these reflections to help you form an action plan to improve your chosen trait. If you find it helpful, choose another trait you’d like to improve and work through it again!
