Do

It is AMAZING how much positivity can do to our mindset. Uncomfortable situations are bound to happen to us. With that being said, it is so important that we are confident in making the choice to find the positive from a negative situation. 

We challenge you to participate in a positive 2-for-1 activity. For every (one) negative or uncomfortable situation that happens to you during the day, immediately tell yourself two positives that can come from this situation. If we train our mind to immediately shift to the bright side, we allow no time to perseverate on the negative. 

For example, I tripped going down the stairs at school before first period (negative situation), but at least I didn’t get hurt (positive outlook #1) or mess up my amazing hair (positive outlook #2). Try it! Do it! See the changes that come from positivity! Work out that muscle!
