Go back to your list of worries and fears. Beside each one we want you to come up with a solution as to how you can at least begin to combat it.

Now, we’re all different so the idea of “feeling the fear and doing it anyway” doesn’t always work. It could be talking about it with a friend or family member. It could be working hard to shift your mindset towards something. Perhaps learning to understand someone else’s fear will help you to overcome or embrace your own.

Having fears or worries can at times be useful in life but incredibly debilitating at others. Fear is part of life, but it’s an unpleasant one.

Keep your solutions with you and revisit them from time to time, you might just find yourself feeling a bit happier. Braver even!
