Have a think about the things that worry you and scare you the most and, in your notebook,, write down your five biggest fears/worries in life. Anything at all, just get them down on paper. Beside each one we want you to write down how it makes you feel and how it affects you.
No one else will see this, just you, so don’t get caught up with thinking they seem silly or childish. Fears and worries are normal. Remember, we all have them!
If you don’t have any whatsoever, then you must be a magical being with crazy superpowers!
