How does it work? – smallTOK Digital is an online resource which is built using a wordpress learning management system called Learn Dash. This system is used and trusted by companies, universities and training organisations all over the world. Once you sign up to smallTOK Digital, there is a simple process to create one login that will give all of your team access. Your whole team will then have access to 6 smallTOK’s specifically designed to support their mental health, wellbeing and soft skills development. smallTOK’s will include a combination of video, interactive activities and some follow up tasks, reflections and discussions. These can be used within the session, or at a later date.
Can this be used in groups? Yes, this can be used with any size of group.
Can this be used individually? Yes, you can send out your login to all members of your team who can then access the account as and when they choose.
How long do we have access? 12 months from date of account set up.
How many logins do we need? Just the one login, this can be shared with the whole team.
Once we sign up how do we get started? – Once you’re signed up, we’ll will set up your account and email out your login details. We can arrange a demo if required. There will be a dedicated support line available, should any issues arise.
