Flow is a psychological state where a person is fully immersed in an activity, experiencing high levels of focus, creativity, and enjoyment. It occurs when the level of challenge is high, but matched by an equally high level of skill, passion, and motivation.

Flow states are delicate and can be easily disrupted by external factors such as notifications, alarms, or interruptions. It often takes time to re-enter a flow state once it’s been broken.
