Reflect on your leadership goals and imagine yourself already achieving them. What daily habits and rituals would that version of you have in place? Take a moment to jot down 3-5 specific actions or behaviours you believe would contribute to reaching your leadership potential.

These might include dedicating time for professional development, scheduling regular check-ins with team members, or establishing a consistent sleep routine. Consider both personal and professional habits that could make a difference.

Now, choose one of these habits to implement this week. Start small – even five minutes a day can make a significant impact when consistently applied. 

As you practise this new ritual, pay attention to how it affects your progress towards your leadership goals.

Remember, by ‘starting with the end in mind’ and adopting the habits of your ideal leadership self, you’re not only working towards your own goals but also setting an example that can inspire and motivate your team to join you on this journey of growth and improvement.
