- Barcelona (Under Pep)
- Man City (Under Pep!)
You may have identified some of these teams, or you may have something completely different – one time a delegate suggested the Mafia…
Looking at teams you have listed, and those above, what we would like you to do now is try to list the characteristics that they share – that allow them to work at such a high level.
Consider the following:
- What common traits do you observe across these diverse teams?
- How do they communicate and collaborate?
- What seems to drive their success?
- How do they handle challenges or setbacks?
- What role does leadership play in these teams?
Take a few minutes to jot down 5-7 key characteristics that you believe contribute to the high performance of these teams.
