So, we know we have 8 hours to sleep, 8 hours to work and 8 hours to play (roughly).

Over the next 5-10 minutes we want you to create a quick table and outline your average weekday. Write down all of the things you do with your time, good, bad and neutral.

Have a good think about it and be as honest with yourself as possible, no one’s judging you!

Really look at it. Assess it, and ask yourself the following questions:

  1. What are you happy with?
  2. What are you not happy with?
  3. Where could you make improvements?

This is a really self-reflective task and is your first step to becoming much more responsible with your time and where you direct your efforts and your energy.
