Sometimes it is hard to have the courage to step out and do things we are scared of in class, at a club, or during a sporting event because we don’t think we are good enough or something will go wrong.
But usually, it’s us who stands in the way of having a go and experiencing something we will either love or not want to do again – and that’s ok!
We can give others courage by supporting people, saying “you can do it” cheering them on when they are in a race to get to the end, or even on the sidelines during a match where they might be losing to another team.
Those people who support us and stand by us, cheering us on, are the best people because they believe in us.
One of the key things is that you need to believe in yourself that you can do it, because if you don’t, you may regret it!
