Let’s practice being courage boosters for each other:

1. In pairs, take turns sharing one of the fears you wrote down earlier.

2. Your partner’s job is to be your encourager. They should:

   – Listen carefully to your fear

   – Tell you why they think you can overcome it

   – Give you a specific encouraging phrase (like “You’ve got this!” or “I believe in you!”)

3. Switch roles and repeat.

Remember how good it feels to be encouraged, and try to be a courage booster for others in your daily life!
