Reflect

Thank you for taking part in today’s Building Resilience for Your Secondary School Journey lesson. We hope it’s helped you recognise just how capable you are of bouncing back when things get tricky.

As you prepare for secondary school, remember that feeling unsure or nervous is totally normal. Resilience isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about having the strength to keep going, to learn from setbacks, and to ask for help when you need it.

You’re stronger than you think, and every challenge is a chance to grow.

What’s Next?

This lesson is just one part of our Treehouse Transition Series.

Don’t forget to check out the other lessons too:

  • Big School: A Journey for Pupils and Parents
  • Empathy and Kindness: Superpowers for Secondary School
  • Your Journey to Big School

And don’t miss our LIVE EVENT on the 19th June! “We’re Aff Tae the Big School” is a fun, energetic celebration for all P7 and Year 6 pupils across the UK! If you have not already signed up, you can do so here!

Special Thanks

A huge thank you to e-Sgoil and Fife Council for supporting this transition series and helping to make it available for free to schools across the country.
