The Resilience Noticing Challenge
This week, your challenge is to notice when you show resilience at school.
When something feels tricky, try one of these:
- Talk to yourself in a supportive way.
- Focus on what you can do next.
- Ask for help.
- Learn from mistakes.
You don’t have to write it down (unless your teacher asks). Just notice. That’s the challenge.
