In the video, we talked about how people often imagine bravery as something big and dramatic, like performing in front of a crowd or doing something that looks fearless.

But we also explained that real courage is often much smaller than that.

It can be putting your hand up when you are unsure. It can be joining in when you feel nervous. It can be telling the truth or choosing to be yourself, even if that feels uncomfortable.

Brave moments usually do not feel easy at the start. You might feel nervous or unsure. That does not mean you are not brave. It means you are facing something that challenges you.

Courage is choosing to take that step anyway.
